On Saturday, she was overpowering at Wimbledon as she homed in on her 6th Wimbledon victory, but haters would not keep it in. On Sunday, Serena Williams was all woman.

So when one Rob @diegtristan8 shot out his hatred, Harry Porter Author J.K. Rowling gave an instant reply with a photo of the Tennis Star in a red dress (below).

"J.K. Rowling ‏@jk_rowling Jul 11.@diegtristan8 "she is built like a man". Yeah, my husband looks just like this in a dress. You're an idiot."

But as some say, revenge is often, best served cold and at the after-party or was it Champions Dinner the next day, the Tennis Star showed she is all woman.

"This is how you do it people Fresh from her Wimbledon victory, Serena Williams looked every inch the Queen of the red carpet in a stunning, floor-length dress at the Champion’s Dinner on Sunday, July 12." wrote Sophia Moir adding "The 33-year-old US beauty couldn’t keep the smile off her face as she posed for photographers at the Guildhall in London, wearing a nude, embellished gown."

Funny Letter Of Appreciation From a woman To Lewisham NHS Gets A Reply - And More

by HUFFPOST | Life and Living

This letter which originated in nearby Lewisham has been shared in places like Australia, Israel and Norway, according to the HuffPost.

But it was from one Yael Biran who broke her elbow, and surprised by the efficiency of the Lewisham NHS decided to show her gratitude, and `regret'.
According to HuffPost, she decided to write a "letter of complaint"  for not being able to read her book, as the Lewisham Hospital staff were too good.
Her letter was shared online by the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
"When I log into Facebook I feel like a bit of a star, or at least my letter is a bit of a star," she said. "But once I log off life is just as is."
The letter read:
"Dear Lewisham PALs [patient, advice and liaison service],
I would like to complain about a visit I had to your A&E department on Monday the 15th of June 2015. Sorry in advance for my language, but this really upset me.
On Monday the 15th of June I fell and knew I broke something (turns out I broke my elbow) so I went to Lewisham A&E.
I came armed with a book to help me pass the waiting time! Actually enjoying the fact that I am going to get to read a book for a chance!
But no… the bloody nurse sees me in six minutes! Six ruddy minutes! All I had time for was to send a text, settle down, get my glasses out and find the right page, and they bloody call me in!
She then sends me to have an X-ray and says I need to sit in the X-ray waiting room. Yay, I think, a waiting room – I will get to read my book!
And so I don’t even bother to put anything back in the bag and happily skip to the X-ray waiting area, book in hand and glasses on top of head. I sit down and get seen within 37 seconds. The ba***rds.
All done and dusted and five minutes later I skip to the next waiting area to wait for the next nurse to see me.
By that point I think I owe myself a chocolate from the vending machine but waste five minutes trying to make it work (it didn’t – at least there is one thing you can count on in this A&E!). I then sit down comfortably, happy in the notion that surly, now… I will get at least a couple of chapters… but no!
Two minutes later I get to see the next nurse who is an absolute gem and is super nice, she explains everything, gives me a sling, and a tetanus shot and sends me on my way home! Home! Bloody rubbish!
I left home and came back in less than two hours! Seriously! Something must be done about this! What is a mum to do in order to get a few hours of quiet reading in this country???!!!
Sincerely yours,
A frustrated mother of two little boys who don’t give her a seconds rest.
P.S. You rock! :)”

Greece Releases Official Statement Following The Conclusion Of The Eurozone Summit

by Benson Agoha | Politics

The Office of the Prime Minister of Greece has issued a formal statement, after Sunday's temporary agreement with the EU aimed at finding ways to ensure lasting solution for Greece's Debt crisis.

Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras after the meeting.

Read the full text below:

We have been fighting hard for six months now, and we fought until the end to achieve the best possible outcome, an agreement that will enable the country to get back on its feet, and for the Greek people to be able to continue to fight.
We faced tough decisions, tough dilemmas. We assumed responsibility for the decision in order to prevent the most extreme objectives from being implemented—those pushed for by the most extreme conservative forces in the European Union.
The agreement calls for tough measures. However, we prevented the transfer of public property abroad, we prevented the financial asphyxiation and the collapse of the financial system—this was planned to the last detail – having recently been designed to perfection, and in the process of being implemented.
Finally, in this tough battle, we managed to gain the restructuring of the debt and a financing process for the medium-term.
We were aware that it would not be an easy task, but we have created a very important legacy. An important legacy, and a much-needed change throughout Europe. Greece will continue to fight, and we will continue to fight, so that we can return to growth, regain our lost national sovereignty. We earned our popular sovereignty. We sent a message of democracy, a message of dignity throughout Europe and the world. This is the most important legacy.
Finally, I would like to thank all of my colleagues–ministers, colleagues and associates who gave, along with me, a very tough fight. A fight, which at the end of the day, will be vindicated.
Today’s decision will maintain Greece’s financial stability and provide recovery potential. However, as we knew beforehand, the agreement will be difficult to implement. The measures include those that Parliament has voted on. Measures that will inevitably create recessionary trends. However, I am hopeful that the growth package of 35 billion euro that we achieved, debt restructuring, as well as securing funding for the next three years will create market confidence, so that investors realize that fears of a Grexit are a thing of the past—thereby fueling investment, which will offset any recessionary trends.
I believe that a large majority of the Greek people will support the effort to return to growth; they acknowledge that we fought for a just cause, we fought until the end, we have been negotiating through the night, and no matter what the burdens will be, they will be allocated – we guarantee this – with social justice. And it will not be the case that those who have shouldered the burden during the last years will be stuck footing the bill once more. This time, those who avoided paying—many of whom were protected by the previous governments–will pay now, they, too, will shoulder the burden.
Finally, I want to make this commitment: Now, we need to fight just as hard as we fought to achieve the best outcome abroad-in Europe, to rid vested interests in the country. Greece needs radical reforms in favor of social forces, and against the oligarchy that have led to the country’s current state. And this commitment to this new effort begins tomorrow.

Politics: BLANKETY BLANK

by HUFFPOST WAUGH ZONE | Opinion

* Paul Waugh
It got slightly lost amid the noise and fury last week but Harriet Harman’s Budget response focused on the need for Labour not to offer ‘blanket’ rejection of George Osborne’s plans. The interim Labour leader warned against Opposition for opposition’s sake. That approach was signed off by the Shadow Cabinet as a holding pattern, but Harman has clearly taken it to heart, telling Andrew Neil yesterday ‘I think we won’t oppose the Welfare Bill’, and that she won’t oppose the household benefit cap and won’t oppose the two-child benefit restrictions.

Now, it’s worth noting that Harman did not say Labour didn’t have problems with the tax credit cuts. But that hasn’t stopped Andy Burnham, Yvette Cooper and Jeremy Corbyn all reacting swiftly to burnish their credentials with the party rank and file. So far, only Liz Kendall has not rushed to condemnation.

‘She’s an interim leader who ought to start behaving like an interim leader’ one campaign manager mutters darkly. The gap between Labour having to do its ‘day job’ of Opposition and its process of selecting a new leader has never been so stark. Yet I suspect that Harman is remembering how she last played this acting leader role in 2010 - and how Labour allowed the Coalition to paint it into a corner under Ed Miliband.

Harriet Harman (pictured in glasses) and Chris Leslie will face the PLP tonight. Note that Leslie’s failure to oppose public sector pay freezes last week caused a few eyebrow raises among the leadership bid campaigns too (not least in the Cooper camp).

The Sun puts on its front page a story denouncing ‘hypocrite’ Burnham over his refusal to talk to the paper (an echo of Labour’s stance under Ed Miliband in the general election) on the grounds of its coverage of Hillsborough. It says he was happy to talk to the paper in 2010 but won’t now.

And it all got pretty nasty pretty quickly yesterday. Tristram Hunt, who said the party ‘needs as many friends as possible’, came under swift attack from one shadow minister who told me he was a ‘public school academic’. In turn, former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith Tweeted that the anonymous MP should ‘shut the f*ck up’. That gap between appealing to the wider voters and the party never looked so wide.

Labour in-fighting is a gift to the Tories, which is of course partly why Osborne lays his benefit traps. But it’s worth reminding everyone that this is a leadership race like none other and it’s genuinely very difficult to read the party membership’s mood.

Constituency Labour Party nominations are great for us hacks (and Corbyn is second - hence the Labour First move, revealed by HuffPost, to stop him) as they give us something to measure things by. Yet CLP nominations are not a reliable guide at all to the thinking of those party members who don’t turn up to meetings. We had ‘shy Tories’ at the election, so it’s no wonder that Kendall hopes ‘shy Blairites’ could win the day for her. A few MPs are now wondering whether one ‘shy Blairite’ is Harriet Harman herself...

Greece: New Deal With Europe Gives Greece A Lifeline

by City A.M. | Economy

A prolonged discussion with Creditors brought something of a cheer to Greeks and an elation to Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras who greeted the media with two arms raised.

(Credit: via City A.M.)
According to Fox News: The president of the European Council  and former Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Jean-Claude Juncker says that Greece and its creditors have agreed on a financial rescue package that includes “serious reforms and financial support” for the Athens government.

City A.M. reports Monday that the FTSE 100 and the euro both have already rallied this morning, after it was revealed that, a 17 hours of negotiations produced results with Greece finally reaching a deal with its creditors.

On Monday Germany's Foreign Affairs Minister Frank-Walter S said on the : "Europe demonstrates that it can act in a united way based on solidarity and rationality."

City.A.M reports:
Although the details are still sketchy, here's what we know so far.
  • The deal should unlock €82-86bn of funds for Greece - that's enough to keep it going for another three years. However, no bailout has actually been agreed yet.

  • There will be no Grexit - European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker made that much clear

  • Greece will have to transfer €50bn of assets to a new fund, although it'll be based in Athens, rather than Luxembourg, as originally mooted by the creditors - one of the sticking points of last night's talks. The proceeds of that fund will be used to recapitalise Greece's banks.

  • The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will continue to be involved. The IMF's continued involvement was also disputed, but at a press conference this morning German Chancellor Angela Merkel said the IMF's bailout programme will "extend beyond 2016".

  • This still isn't guaranteed. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras still needs to pass the proposals in parliament. That's going to be tough - but according to Merkel, he thinks he can do it today.

  • Greece will now need to discuss bridge financing. Because it may take some time to get through the bureaucracy necessary to unlock the new funds, Greece needs to arrange €7bn of financing to pay the European Central Bank (ECB) money it owes in July and August.

  • The Eurogroup is ready to grant longer grace periods and longer loan maturities - that's according to Merkel, which suggests creditors were willing to make some concessions for Greece.
